Each one has its own configuration, which you can alter to obtain similar effects. The effect you select will be present in all conversations you have on Skype until you deactivate it or close Skype Voice Changer

Unfortunately, the program does not allow importing effects that are not already predetermined in it, although playing with the customization options you can get almost any desired effect.
